# Refunds and withdrawal

## Request a refund

For a one-off order you may withdraw within 7 calendar days after payment or delivery, whichever is later. Select the withdrawal option on the order page or under Dashboard › Orders and confirm. If directed to support, contact ajuda@curriculoparavaga.com.br.

For a 10-adjustment package, withdrawal refunds unused credits proportionally and removes those credits; used credits are excluded from that calculation. A buyer may withdraw from an unredeemed gift within 7 days. Delivered files remain available. For Pro, the period is 7 days from the initial cycle’s first payment; request it under Dashboard › Plan. The subscription ends when the relevant invoice refunds complete.

If delivery fails again after an additional attempt or misses its deadline, a paid order is refunded in full, including a partially delivered package. For zero-value orders, the applicable quota, credit or gift is restored. Refunds are complete when the payment processor confirms them; contact support if there is a problem. Seller: Luis Junior.
